The best location to come to, even when they are busy they are always great in getting your food out to you quickly. The staff do a great job of keeping everything inside and outside clean.

Love the food. This and this and the Gold River/ Rancho location are by far the best! (Never will eat at The Fountains again due to poor quality). The salads are delish and all the food is great! Prices are good (because a fast food salad and chips costs us the exact same!) BUT, must watch quality control over the carving station. Please have your staff wear gloves and not to touch their hair over the food. ). If I o served this so should you. Thank you for the salad ingredients prepared for wearing gloves.

Honestly, I did not have a great experience her 4-5mos ago. However, the management made it right. They took my feedback seriously and sent me a gift card for a retuning meal. I had a much better experience this time and I will be returning again. Food was fresh, warm and delicious. Thank you.

Delicious turkey sandwich and tomato soup. Clean restaurant. Clean bathrooms. This is a chain restaurant, as many know, but I appreciate the upkeep and high food standards.

Great lunch or dinner spot. Just fantastic comfort food. Big salads, FANTASTIC soups. Honestly just a quick healthy(er) take out option for those nights you don't wanna cook. Staff are wonderful helpful and pleasant. Never seen anyone in a bad mood behind the counter. Only reason it's not a 5/5, it's just a little dated for some of the furniture. But who cares, the food is great

This place is generally pretty good and over all consistent. The staff seem to rotate a bit and some aren't as good as others, but the food is pretty consistent. They are pretty clean overall. It's a relaxed atmosphere though, but pretty standard for a Jacks Urban Eats.

This is a restaurant that has parking. You order up at the counter and your food comes to you pretty quickly. It is fresh and hot and everyone working there was super nice. They have sandos, salads, make your own salads, turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy plates. Their turkey, even for the turkey sandwich is sliced right off a whole roasted Turkey. We have been to the other restaurant in Roseville and I just say the chicken salad I had at both places was much better at the Fountains location. Everything else was very good, especially their sweet potato fries. Some of the best I have had.
